How do I place an order?

Ordering Online: Shopping online at Millenium Smoke Shop is the most convenient option while completely safe and private. When you select a product you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button. The "Add to Cart" button can be found on any product detail page. After adding the product to your cart, if you would like to continue shopping, select the "Continue Shopping" button. When you have selected all items for purchase, choose the "Check Out" button, to complete your purchase. If you have a coupon code or gift certificate, enter the code in the "Discount Code" box located in the shopping cart and hit the "Apply" button to ensure that it is applied to your order. You will have the option to Login for an Express Checkout if you have already registered with the site. You are encouraged to register on the Site so that you can take advantage of Express Checkout for all future purchases. You may choose to make your purchase as a Guest if you would not like to register.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Millenium Smoke Shop is required to charge sales tax on all products shipped to addresses in the State of California, the location of our Corporate Headquarters. The taxes that appear at checkout are approximate applied to your order will match the current rate at the location of our headquarters. Therefore, the tax rate applied to your order may be different from your local rate.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of checkout. If you cancel your order after 2 hours, we will do our best to cancel the order but cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop shipment. Once your items have shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If the product is returned back to us, there will be restocking fee.

If you are ordering to be picked up in the one of our physical stores, you can cancel anytime.
