Once we receive the order, we will process it at the location you chose. Arrive at the time you set to pick up your order. You will pay for your order at time of pick up. If order is not picked up by the end of the day of your pick-up time, we will cancel your reservation.
All purchases are subject to a 2-business day handling time. Once your order is shipped out, you will be provided with a tracking number. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Please not that holidays and weekends are excluded from the shipping days and delivery can be delayed due to weather conditions.
