Shipping discrete packaging Millenium Smoke Shop


All products will be shipped by Millenium Smoke Shop headquarters, our warehouse in Loomis, or one of our retail stores in Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, and Grass Valley.

Free Shipping is available to the mainland United States on orders $100 or more.  

Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier according to package dimensions, travel distance, and shipment weight.

Please allow for 1-2 days processing time to pack and ship your item.

International Shipping is available where applicable.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible via email/chat.

Tracking number information is updated and provided via text, email or both on the item is packaged and shipped. 

Carriers pickup orders Monday - Saturday.  Holidays and Sundays are excluded from the shipping days.

Delivery can be delayed because of customs in your country.

Shipping address will be the registered address you supply during checkout.**

    **Please be sure your address information is correct as we cannot make any changes to the delivery address once the order is finalized.

    Signature and Identification may be required to complete delivery of your item.  It is the customer responsibility to arrange delivery with the carrier.

    Insurance is included on all shipments.

    Items are shipped discretely in a USPS Priority Mail box, Plain Mailer, or Plain Cardboard box. 

    International Orders and Taxes

    Please be advised, we are not responsible for import fees or taxes levied by your country of entry. It is the customer's responsibility for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges required. We are not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by us. When the returned merchandise is received, your account will be credited for the merchandise only. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, please contact your customs office.
