Shipping Policy

Millenium Smoke Shop does not drop ship. Every item sold is stocked at one or more of our retail locations and our warehouse location.

Handling Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your order.

Quality Check
A visual quality check is performed on every order to ensure fulfillment accuracy and product quality.

Shipping Method
We will discreetly ship your order to you via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other professional services depending on the item purchased and your location. Your order will be packaged in either a plain cardboard box or in a white USPS Priority Mail box.
Tracking information will be emailed or texted to you in a shipment confirmation notification upon shipment of your order.
All packages are insured for up to the sales order amount. Any damages due to shipment handling by the carrier will be presented to the carrier as an insurance claim to protect your investment in the item or items you have ordered. While we cannot guarantee safe delivery of your item, Millenium Smoke Shop always has your investment amount covered for you.

Order Packing Slips
An order confirmation packing slip will be inserted with your order. This confirmation will not show the price of the item(s) you have ordered. Examine your confirmation for valued product information, return policies, and promotions.

Free Shipping to USA
Millenium Smoke Shop online does have shipping charges on orders $99.99 or less. Any order $100 or more ships to your door free to the Continental USA. International, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses will have a shipping charge based on the calculated shipping amount of your order. Any order $99.99 or less, shipping to the continental USA is charged at the calculated retail shipping rate minus 25%.

Damaged Items Due To Shipping
We take every effort to ensure your order arrives to you safely. We will cushion each package. If by chance, an item or items in your order arrive damaged due to the shipper. It will be your responsibility to contact our Customer Service Department by calling (916) 772-6969 Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. You may also let us know via our website chat or by utilizing our Contact Us form.

ID Required
Valid state issued ID may be required to release delivery of your item from the shipper. ID must match the name and address information on the shipping label in order for the shipper to release the item. All orders shipping to a different name than the billing information will require valid state ID to release delivery.

Return Policy

30 Day Returns
We will gladly accept a return of your order. Your return must be initiated within 30 days of your order.
Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items will be refunded in full to the payment source (credit card) used during the transaction. Requests for returns on opened and/or used items will be denied except if the item is broken or defective.

Begin a Return Online
To begin a return request, you can simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your return request status.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for any return shipping charges unless you receive your item damaged or the incorrect item is sent to you. If you are sent a damaged or the incorrect item, a return shipping label will be provided to you via email.

Pack Your Return Safely
Please pack up your return exactly as it was shipped to you. Include all bubble wrap, accessories, product boxes, instructions, warranty registration cards, stickers, ect. Any returned item which sustains damage on the return may result in the denial or reduction of your refund.
